The more loci in one kits. The Golden IDer TM 20 Direct PCR Amplification Kit enables direct amplification of the 20 loci included in the  kits. eliminating the need to perform DNA extraction or purification steps for DNA database and other single source reference samples. Compared to other company's kit Golden IDer TM 20  add five more locissuch as the Penta E, Penta D, D2S1338, D19S433, D12S391, D6S1043.

With the 5-dye-fluorescent labeling technique, it was enlarged, all at once, to 19 STR loci and a gender locus. This has encompassed all the STR loci that are currently available in all other mainstream STR typing kits, bringing more compatibility to historical data, more accurately, holds more information in a single test, higher non-paternal exclusion rate, and enhanced individual identification power.

The DNA databasing has been raised to a new and higher standard for the capacity of the DNA identification kit. At the current stage, the scale of Chinese DNA database is  reached to millions, and still shows great prospect for further expansion potentially reaching above 10 million in the next few years. With the scale of DNA databasing continues to expand, the function of DNA data comparison becomes increasingly important. Commercial kits currently available in the market mostly adopt the American CODIS standard of 13 core loci, namely, vWA, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D7S820, D13S317, D16S539, FGA, D8S1179, D3S1358, CSF1PO, THO1, and TPOX. Some of the products even drop, more or less, the loci from the pool of 13 core loci. Thus, no matter which STR kit is adopted, there are differences in the loci for the data comparison to the DNA database. Hence during the comparison, not all data are necessarily valid and comparison can only be deemed valid for data with matching loci. In a national DNA database, there are only 11 matching loci available for identification at some extreme circumstances, which is far from sufficient to identify and confirm a criminal suspect. With our product, the Golden IDer TM 20, has 19 STR loci and one gender locus, encompassing all the loci that are currently available in all other domestic and overseas manufacturers. The accumulative non-paternal exclusion rate of Golden IDer TM 20 is higher than 0.999 999 9, and its accumulative individual identification rate is higher than 0.999 999 999 999 999 999. These will ensure that the probability of a random match of two genetically unrelated individuals is less than 10-18, certainly standing out from the rest of commercial kits with the highest individual identification rate and non-paternal exclusion rate.

Recently, the paternity testing has raised up to a higher standard for the system efficiency of STR typing kits. The standard widely accepted can be understood as such: if, in paternity testing of triplets, if there is no mutated locus is detected, the number of STR loci in the test must be  over 15, and if there is only one mutated locus  occur, the number of STR loci in the test must over 19; In a singular paternity testing, if there is no mutated locus is detected, the number of STR loci in the test must reach to 18. Following this standard, the Golden IDer TM 20 can well suited for the requirements of singular paternity test and the paternity test for triplets with only one mutated locus, with our all-in-one kit.
