Description
This kit uses TaqMan probe method for real-time fluorescence PCR technology, designs a pair of specific primers for echinococcosis, combines with a specific probe, and uses fluorescence PCR technology to amplify and detect the DNA of echinococcosis in vitro, which is used for pathogenic diagnosis of suspected infectious materials in clinical practice.
Application
Echinococcosis, also known as Hydatid disease Hydatidosis, is an important zoonotic parasitic disease caused by the larvae of the Echinococcus genus tapeworm, namely Echinococcus. Therefore, it poses a serious threat to livestock and humans, and has been designated as one of the animal diseases that must be reported by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE). It is also listed as a Class II animal disease in China.
This kit is suitable for detecting echinococcosis DNA in suspected cystic lesions of animal echinococcosis, and is suitable for auxiliary diagnosis of echinococcosis infection. The test results are for reference only.
