Description
This kit uses TaqMan probe method for real-time fluorescence PCR technology, designs a pair of almond derived Prudul gene sequence specific primers, and combines them with a specific probe to amplify and detect the DNA of almond derived Prudul gene in vitro using fluorescence PCR technology, thereby achieving rapid detection.
Application
This test kit is suitable for detecting the Prudul gene, an almond derived component, and is used to screen for the presence of almond derived components in the sample to be tested.
