Description
SDS-PAGE sample loading buffer (reducing, 5 ×) is a 5-fold concentrated SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis sample loading buffer with bromophenol blue as the dye, which is applied to the preparation and loading of reduced SDS-PAGE protein samples. This buffer contains DTT, which can break the disulfide bond in the chain and the disulfide bond between the chains of protein molecules. The protein subunits connected by the disulfide bond are separated from each other, and clear protein bands appear on the electrophoresis gel after being stained with Coomassie brilliant blue.
