All bands in 100bp High DNA Ladder are blunt end, which avoiding any artifacts caused by band reannealing.
The 100bp High DNA Ladder consists of 10 DNA fragments ranging from 800bp to 1700bp(800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500, 1600, 1700bp, the 1400bp fragment is 100ng, others are all 50ng).
The fragments may be stained with ethidium bromide and should be run on a 2% agarose gel for maximum visualization.
It is suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.
