Description
The Super Fidelity DNA Polymerase is a kind of fast, high amplification efficiency and high fidelity DNA Polymerase. This Polymerase has the 5′ to 3′ DNA polymerase activity and 3′ to 5′ exonuclease activity. The modified Super Fi Polymerase, its activity area fused polymeric enhanced area, the special structure promote the fidelity and amplification efficiency greatly. The fidelity of Super Fi polymerase is 50 times of the general Taq Polymerase and 6 times of the Pfu polymerase. The amplification speed is 15-30 sec/KB, which successfully overcome the low amplification efficiency and low amplification speed defect of Pfu, reduce much of the reaction time.
This enzyme especially applicable for the long DNA fragment clone, especially have a great advantage in >10KB fragment amplification, the amplification fragment can be as long as 20 KB.
The Super Fidelity Polymerase amplification products do not have the ”A” at the 3’ end, can be cloned in the blunt end vector. If want T/A clone should add the “A” at the end of the PCR products. This Polymerase has a high amplification speed, high amplification efficiency, and high fidelity characteristics. Applicable for the gene clone, site-specific mutagenesis and SNP, and so on.
