Description
This product consists of 9 proteins ranging from 10 kD to 180 kD (10 kD, 18 kD, 28 kD, 40 kD, 45 kD, 55 kD, 72 kD, 100 kD, 180 kD). Among them, 72 kD is blue purple and 18 kD is orange red. The molecular weight range from low to high can monitor the protein separation during electrophoresis, and the molecular weight of the target protein can be determined by staining. The recommended sample size for this product is 3-5μL.
