Prestained Protein Marker Ⅷ (8-270 kDa)
250μl
Description
This product, Prestained Protein Marker VIII (8-270kDa), is composed of 11 high-purity and pre stained recombinant proteins. The indicated molecular weight range in Tris Glycine gel is 8-270kDa (~8,~13,~20,~30,~40,~55,~68,~90,~130,~165,~270kDa), among which 90kDa, 30kDa, and 8kDa protein bands are rose red bands, while the others are blue bands, facilitating dynamic observation of protein electrophoresis status or judgment of protein transfer effect. Suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western blot.
Protocol
This product is ready to use and does not require the addition of reducing agents or heating. Take the Prestained Protein Marker stored at -20℃ and thaw it at room temperature, then gently and thoroughly mix it;
Take 3-10μl of this product and perform protein electrophoresis simultaneously with the experimental sample; It is recommended that qualified laboratories can determine the appropriate sample size through pre experiments based on their own experimental conditions and habits when using this product for the first time. This can not only save costs but also obtain better experimental images;
Preserved Protein Marker should be stored at -20℃ in a timely manner after use (it is recommended to pack 5-10μl separately for use).
Note
This pre stained protein molecular weight standard cannot be heated or boiled at 100℃, as heating or boiling can cause degradation or discoloration of protein bands.
When Western blotting large molecular weight proteins, it is necessary to extend the membrane transfer time or increase the membrane transfer voltage.
The molecular weight of the reference pre stained protein in the figure is calibrated based on the molecular weight of non pre stained proteins.
This Prestained Protein Marker Ⅷ (8-270kDa) can be stored at room temperature for ≥ 20days; Store at 2-8℃ for ≥2 months; Store at -20℃ for ≥12 months.
For your safety and health, please wear laboratory clothes and disposable gloves for operation.
